Meet The Founders

FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Mr. Akhil Kumar Jha holds a B.A. LL.B. from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) and has spent the years since 2017 building a career in real estate. His work spans land acquisition, legal due diligence, deal structuring, project planning, and investment strategy - a combination that provides him with the legal foundation and market instincts the business requires.

His simple but firm motivation is that real estate should be more than transactions. His approach has to do with integrity, with creating communities that are really well thought out, where sustainable living and long-term value aren’t just talking points but are supported with transparency and promises kept.

DESIGNATED PARTNER

Shri Sita Ram Jha has spent over four decades in business, land acquisition, and real estate development. It started back in 1982, while he was pursuing Chartered Accountancy, and by 1983 he'd made the move into real estate full-time.

Since then, his path has taken him through land acquisition, project development, and strategic advisory work - including facilitating major land deals for leading developers like Omaxe Group and Green City across North India. That experience, along with a reputation for integrity and a truly long-term perspective, still drives the company’s commitment to transparency, responsible development, and lasting value.
